We all know that markets are hyper-local. Some neighborhoods sell faster than others. That said, I’ve noticed that recently it appears that most properties are hitting the market (or not even getting to MLS) and going under contract quickly.
So, I thought I’d pull the latest properties under contract to find out the median days on market across the ENTIRE MLS. Across the entire Austin MLS – both Travis and Williamson Counties and areas surrounding – the median days on market is 11 days!
With that said, sellers – call me! Now is the time. The market is yours.
And, buyers – know that after a decade in real estate under my belt here, I have underground resources and a network to find properties not on market.
