We have been watching the market closely this year as we noticed that about the second week in January the foot went on the real estate accelerator. What gives? A number of things for our area:
- Strong jobs and economic outlook
- TONS and I mean TONS of people relocating from outside of Texas to Williamson County
- The likelihood that interest rates will go up later this year/early next and folks want to maximize their buying ability
