She sold our existing home at a much higher profit than we could even imagine and then topped that off by getting us into our new home for the lowest price per square foot that any home in our neighborhood has sold for. Her negotiating skills are awesome! She not only got us into our new home at the lowest possible price, but got us everything added to the home at builder cost. She even helped us with the planning of the home, by spending her time with us at the design center, helping us choose flooring, fixtures, cabinets, tile, paint colors- the whole home. She offered her opinion when asked without being pushy. She even pulled up pictures of different color combinations when we could not decide. Unbelievable!

But- That’s not all. Kiersty was here through every aspect and event of the home buying process. We felt like we had not only a professional on our side but a loyal advocate and friend- as she came to every meeting with the builder- from the initial walkthrough to construction meetings, negotiations, closings, and even final walk through to make sure everything in our home was perfect. That gave us confidence that we had made the right decision and that everything we wanted for our dream home we got. Kiersty has made my wife and I business associates and even friends for life. She even went the extra mile throughout the process several times- by counseling us and reassuring us with supreme confidence that it was all going to work out the way WE wanted it. Thanks to Kiersty and her staff… IT DID!!!

Kiersty is the best negotiator I have ever experienced. All these years of buying and I thought that was me, but I was mistaken. She is tenacious, passionate, filled with conviction, thorough, and the consummate professional. She was able to get the builder to give us everything we wanted and more to build our new dream home. And when problems arose with our new home she nailed them immediately.   With issues and snags that came up with the builder, Kiersty really shined and showed that she had this rigorous undying intensity.

 

 

For example:

• Our ground cover/ shrubs were a not as bright and green as they should be on a new home- Kiersty got us all new landscaping
• Our roof had a slight deformity in it that was not structural, but just did not look right- Kiersty was all over it and got the builder to fix the roof
• We had a slight issue with drainage from adjoining property- Kiersty got the developer and the builder to rectify the problem and even got some extra sod thrown in and got the developer to allow us to extend our landscaping onto his property by a few feet.

Kiersty Lombar is the best realtor I have ever experienced. I have a business where I work very closely with realtors- 100’s of them. She blows them all out of the water.  Any realtor or business owner should look to her for the perfect model of how it should be done. Kiersty cares, is always there, makes it happen every time, is loyal and dedicated like a best friend, communicates so we always knew the status of our home and that she would certainly get us what we wanted, and has a way of making the business transaction of buying a home feel like it should- like it is making our dream come true.
