Kiersty is simply the best! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. She’s knows the ins and outs of the real estate market, is extremely thorough and detailed, she’s no nonsense and to the point, and works tirelessly. I first worked with Kiersty to sell my house in the Spring of 2019 and made the process a breeze. For personal reasons, I didn’t start looking to buy until the Summer of 2020, which I’m sure everyone knows was just the beginning of the market craze here. Unfortunately, I, like many others, wasn’t able to compete with the over the top offers that were flying around. Kiersty helped me navigate a market that was demoralizing to be frank. So not only did she manage the process of making offers and finding properties, she also helped keep my spirits up and got me into a great new construction home at a fantastic sale price with a great rate and incentives.
